Shipping & delivery
We serve Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Varanasi & Bhadohi, and nearby areas, with delivery and on-site coating services, and ship free to any serviceable PIN code across India. Most pieces are finished and nano-coated to order. After you place an order, our team will call or WhatsApp you within one working day to confirm details and give you a delivery window.
You can follow your order at every stage (confirmed, crafting and coating, quality check, shipped, out for delivery, delivered) on the Track order page. Once your order ships, we add the courier name and tracking number there.
Please make sure the sofa will fit through doors, lifts and staircases at your address. If delivery can't be completed because of access issues, we'll work with you on a solution, but extra handling charges may apply.
Returns & refunds
Please inspect your furniture when it is delivered. If it arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, tell us within 48 hours with photos or a video. We'll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Because most pieces are made and coated to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind once an order has gone into production. Natural variation in fabric shade, wood grain or texture between photos and the delivered piece is not a defect.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. For pay-on-delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before your order is confirmed for production. After that, cancellation may carry a charge for materials already used, and we'll always tell you the amount before going ahead.
Warranty & coating care
Frames and upholstery are covered against manufacturing defects under normal household use. The nano-coating makes fabric highly stain-resistant, not stain-proof. Blot spills promptly with a dry cloth, don't rub, and avoid harsh solvents. Protection fades gradually with use and cleaning, and a top-up coating visit renews it.
Privacy policy
We collect the details you give us (name, phone, email, delivery address) only to process and deliver your order, provide support, and, if you ask us to, keep you updated. We do not sell your data. Online payments are handled by our payment partner (Razorpay), and we never see or store your card details. Your cart, wishlist and compare list are stored only in your own browser.

Terms of sale
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Product photos are representative, and dimensions and colours may vary slightly. An order is accepted once we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel an order if there is a pricing error or the product is unavailable, in which case any payment is refunded in full. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
